Organised by the North East section of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club, the highly-regarded Golden Era Run for motorcycles and three-wheelers built before 1931 will take place at the Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington, near York, on Sunday, July 24.

Notable vintage restorer and Golden Era Run co-founder Ian Jennings yowls past another British icon on his 1919 ex-works Scott.
Two optional circular routes will provide enjoyable opportunities for riders of even the earliest machines to experience the quiet and picturesque roads in the Vale of York.
