I have been most interested in the photos that you have been printing over the last few issues of Cadwell Park riders of the early days.

Although I can’t with any certainty put names to pictures, they certainly depict that great period when the very ordinary chap, with a bit of ingenuity, could put together a fairly competitive machine.


I enclose a few photos that have come into my possession, from the late Forties and the mid-Fifties.
I do also have a few of Dick Dale which you may also have heard of, and of myself when having a few rides from the mid-Fifties to mid-Sixties.
